This place has been Great !!! From day 1 they treated me like a human being that just has special needs ... Never once did I feel like I'm judged ; or inconvenienced by the workers . They do truly care down to the Dr.s' and staff including nurses. The only time I experienced a problem was during the day shift with the woman in recovery that work the drone destroyed, on more than a hand full of occassions I had been disrespected by those woman with no good reason . I was really disappointed due to these woman being in recovery and clean now and know what it's like but yet still belittles clients for the only reason they are rude is because they are having their own bad day , just not a very positive example ... other than that the staff are GREAT !!! 😘

24/7 intakes which is awesome! Very comforting staff, especially when you’re a new nervous patient. The medical providers, the councilors, and the rest of the staff treats you as an individual instead of stereotyping!They listen to your goals for yourself and they really encourage you and help you achieve those goals!!! Great place over all! The daily dosing, I’m usually in and out under 3-5min. It’s great!!!

Went to a full day of work Personal vehichle non operational Relying on help to make it to the 2806 w cactus building Walked in and gave my dosing number of 8005 And was instantly informed that i could not recive my medication because of being an estimated hour past my dosing block I explained my situation and begged for help and was told no because i was now on privilages At which time i said i would not like to have privilages anymore and was told that wont work And then tried asking to start the process over again and was told that would not work either With a dose daily of 20 mg suboxone i asked what am i suppose to do go out and stick needles of herion in my arm and was given a snotty attitude by the receptionist at which time i left the campus feeling scared and like my world and how hard i worked to achieve where i was in my life and sobriety from opiots was all for nothing with feelings of udder defeat and will most likley be loosing my job and become homless and strung out on the streets of phoenix again all i wanted was help even undisclosed individuals offered to help after they had overheard my desperation and irrational thinking in an attempt to possible stop another human being from possibly dieing from being an addict with a desease that has almost killed me multiple times the picture im posting is when i was at the point of near death by gods grace i made it through but the anxiety and high stress i am currently under is a relapse and death sentance and they know this and yet i was still allowed to slowly walk out lost and not wanting be awake anymore i would not recomend cms that pictured was showed to multiple of the employees there at the time of my intake and i said im here because i dont want to become this

This place has destroyed our neighborhood! You can't go anywhere near this place without seeing people smoking fentynal, and being asked for money and cigarettes every 2 minutes. You can't help people who don't want to help themselves. So stop trying!!!

New facility wonderful nice staff and they get me in and out every time no problem. Also they are installing a new gym and in the past working out helps my recovery the most especially with self-esteem. Really nice please. Thank you guys.
