I made a mistake had a bad experience with one of the counselors there and I thought his name was mark so I wrote a suggestion note and used the name mark only to find out the person I had this bad experience with was not named mark. Anyways my bad and the counselor made up for the poor experience I had so I wanted to update my review. I would recommend CMS and the counselor is just doing the best he can with his caseload.

I love this clinic and I don't know what I'd do without my counselor Mark! He has been such a blessing in my recovery! And Leo at the front desk is such a great guy too! I definitely look forward to seeing him every morning when I come in

This is by far the BEST clinic in Arizona. All of the staff are beyond exceptional from the Manager Mohammad, Front Desk Associates Leo, & Chaka! Aurora the nurse is the absolute best! Jennifer one if the counselors is a huge blessing in my life. She can relate to what we are going through and that makes people who are addicts feel like they matter again. The new woman who sits in the waiting room making sure we all get our VEYO ride home is also a wonderful asset to the CMS TEAM. It is so nice walking in everyday having all the staff know who I am. They make people who are in part of the most difficult point in their life feel like normal people again and that making changes are possible! Even if you mess up. There is NO judgement ever given and it is nice to know that other people believe that in all of the addicts who are at least trying to make a change for the better! Thank you to all the staff at CMS! I truly do mean every word that I have written. Change is possible! Shaka is the only stand up person at this clinic. Mark had been caught cursing out a client, when he didn’t know that client was present. Never had 1 issue until that day mark was caught violating hippa law. The problem is Mark doesn’t take fault when he is wrong. Amad the office manager has no integrity. After violating hippa law, and an investigation was launched. He lied to internal investigator. Everything at this location has change on Aug 9th, 2021. Because of this situation. And if you have been discriminated or violated. You do not have to be subjected to any mistreatment. The truth will always come no matter how long it takes. I loved CMS until they lied and denied my proper investigation.
