A brain injury creates different challenges throughout the course of one’s life. At Community NeuroRehab, we understand that needs change over time, and we do our best to diminish the cognitive, physical, behavioral, and psychosocial complications of brain injury. Our unique, community-based program is designed specifically for individuals experiencing a variety of difficulties as a result of a brain injury. We take a person-centered approach to rehabilitation and offer compassion and respect to all those we serve.
