I cannot speak for anyone but myself. I honestly felt like the communication with the facility, was not very effective (at all). It was a headache even trying to get a hold of anyone to try and resolve my concern(s). I had to call like 3 times (literally 5 minutes after they called me and left a voicemail) before I was actually able to speak to someone who ‘attempted’ to help me. I was baffled by the patronizing language that was used to ‘explain’ how trying to get in to see a doctor works. I literally didn’t sense much respect, and kept being spoken over, when I tried very hard to patiently explain my situation. I’m not 100% able to report any feelings of dissatisfaction towards any therapist per se, but the process of trying to simply get in and begin seeing somebody, felt like a tree trunk in the side.

After my kid went here for months, she doesn't feel any better. Last session, they called me in and she was shut down, in the corner and wanted to go home. these people don't help. Even before we lost the person we lost they gave me horrible advice about what to do. Don't listen to these frauds, listen to your intuition.

Everyone who works there is friendly and enthusiastic. Appointments are always on time. But, parking is limited.

This office looked like it was going to be wonderful. Equality signs on the walls, preferred name options on the forms. It is a lie though. My Girlfriend went for an assessment and Robert James was the one to do her assessment. He Continuously misgendered her throughout her entire two hours assessment even after she corrected him every time. And had the gall to defend himself and his transphobia by saying that he "wasn't as comfortable with gender as his colleagues might be." In a public health clinic, if you can't manage to be respectful of your client's gender, you shouldn't be working there.
