Complete Care at Hamilton Plaza

Hamilton Plaza was suggested to me for my mother to get her physical therapy and rehabilitation. We had a negative experience with another facility and I needed to get my mother out of there. From day one, my mother started showing improvements in all areas. She was positive and more energetic. She liked the food. If she didn't like something, they brought her something else. The staff was very attentive and caring. You can tell that it's more than just a job for many of the workers. My mom was actually excited about her physical therapy. This change in her outlook was unbelievable. I had been trying to help and encourage my mom for a while and the staff in Hamilton Plaza did it in the first two days. I had the opportunity to interact with a few of the staff members. They are very kind and compassionate. They did everything they could to accommodate my mother and my family. I can't even begin to explain how much it meant to have my mother in a place and be so well cared for. Any time I requested something for my mother or asked about her care, they were quick to respond. I live pretty far away and they were very understanding and helpful. I did have an opportunity to visit and meet the nurses and social workers. My mom was so happy there that we were talking about long-term care at Hamilton Plaza. The facility is really nice and clean. If you have an elderly loved one, and are looking for a place for care. Whether it's long term or short, I highly recommend Hamilton Plaza. They have a fantastic, caring and compassionate team of nurses, doctors, and social workers.

The best decision I made regarding my brother was moving him from another care center to Hamilton. His medical condition improved quickly and his emotional state leaped immediately. Added to capable medical care, the staff is more like family to him than we could have anticipated. The staff is attentive, friendly, involved, professional and highly competent.

Staff is great and nurses were very attentive. Rooms are clean and lots of activities for the residents. Emily and Sandra were extremely helpful.

This place is absolutely horrible my sister was there they are absolutely unprofessional and rude. You cannot even ask a question about the patient because they get offended and rude. They dressed my sister in another patient's clothes. She was there 3 weeks and they just left her in a room in a bed. My aunt is there unfortunately now and she has told us that they pinch her and has begged us not to say anything because they will take it out on her. We are moving her our asap. PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T PUT YOUR LOVES ONE THERE. They are horrible. All the reviews you see that say they are good it's there own employees writing them. This place get a negative zero. Horrible
