At Complete Care Management, we pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our residents and staff. The staff was professional, kind and helpful. They answered all questions I had about my care. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehabilitation services. I have been at Complete Care at Heritage for two weeks and I would like to share my review. First, the building is cleaned daily. My experience with the meals was very good. The staff for the most part was kind and courteous. I was there to rehab because of injuries and illness. The individuals that were assigned to me were excellent. They are very knowledgeable and were willing to discuss my progress to make sure I understood their goals for me. The physical therapy staff was excellent making sure I was physically able to go home and be safe. All in all, my stay was without any problems. I am a current patient at The Heritage Center on German Hill Road. As this is my first time spending time in a skilled nursing center, I was nervous and a little frightened. Now that I’ve been here for 2 weeks, I cannot imagine going anywhere else for skilled care. First, Debbie in admissions answered all of my questions before I even got here and she made sure everything, all of my many medications, were ready before I arrived. For the first 2 weeks, I’ve been on quarantine for Covid, which is understandable, but can be a little lonely. The staff, from the nurses to housekeeping, come in to check on me and chat with me regularly. They have managed my severe pain following major spine surgery. I look forward to daily occupational and physical therapy. The wellness director, Todd, comes in daily to chat and these sessions are like individual therapy, it’s wonderful. All of my needs are met and my expectations are more than exceeded. The food is even good (I’ve had shrimp Alfredo and shrimp scampi). The nurses and aides take care of me like I am family. These women and men do this job because it is a calling, not just a job. They are all here because they love and need to take care of people and it is evident. I cannot recommend Complete Care enough. So far, my stay has been less like continuation of care from the hospital, and more like staying with relatives who love to take care of me. I have an ever growing list of names of staff who have impressed me with their professionalism and caring. 95% of the staff regularly go above and beyond their job description to make sure I’m comfortable, happy, and well fed. I’m never lonely or at a loss for someone to talk to. If I need assistance, someone is here almost immediately to help. I feel extremely fortunate to have chosen Complete Care at Heritage for my continuation of care. If I ever need skilled nursing in the future, there is no question as to my destination. Thank you everyone who has participated in my care so far and, as I’ll be here for another 4 weeks, I can’t wait to meet more staff and to be able to participate in the many social and recreational opportunities that are offered. I may even go to the salon for a haircut.

Really not sure about the 3 stars, except my mom said they have been nice and the food is good. My sister and I were able to go visit finally, she is still in covid room, and we were both shocked to see how dirty it was. Floors dirty, nothing looked like it had been wiped down or cleaned in her room and when I went into the bathroom to get paper towels for her, the toilet was disgusting!! No one had told us what she may need other than some clothes and snacks. There wasn't even tissues in her room for her to wipe her eyes which tend to water a lot. She is 94, just reased from Bayview after days ago, after a fall, at which time they found she had two blood clots in right lung and a brusied spleen....and said she was covid positive. I am not saying the care takers aren't kind and caring individuals, just that there is no excuse for a medical facility of any kind to be that dirty!
