Complete Care at Hillside

At Complete Care Management, we pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our residents and staff. Through frequent site visits and a hands-on approach from our top leadership, we create strong connections with both the residents and staff in our facilities. By creating a loyal and approachable environment, we ensure everyone feels like family. When I came to Complete Care at Hillside, I thought it was just another nursing home, I quickly found out I was wrong. The staff and therapy people are wonderful! I love them! I felt safe when I washere. The meals are nutritious, hot and are always delivered on time. The therapy group is awesome. They get us up and moving every day! If you have a room with help and meals that are hot and you know you are safe why would you want to go anywhere else?  The respect that I receive from the staff has been such a blessing to me. This facility has brought me back! Thank you Complete Care at Hillside and God bless you! Horrible think twice before you go here all they do is Lie. The food is worse than hospital food, they feed everyone the same thing for lunch and dinner. I went here for quote on quote rehab when in reality I barely received the time Medicare covered. Definitely should have gotten out of bed everyday but it was always sn excuse

Came into Hillside barely able to use my left leg. Now I'm walking and almost recuperated. The PT staff was great and very personable. Nurses there were very supportive in caring for my needs. The management staff was professional and was there if I ever needed them. Let me not forget about the CNA's, they were phenomenal and amazing especially Angel, James and Brittney. I'm grateful for my stay at Hillside. Ruth the Administrator, Tara in Activities, Sara the Admissions Director, PT/OT and Speech therapy, Nurses and CNA's (Zita, Ayub, Ernestine, James, Lydia) made my stay more comfortable and fun to be there. You are awesome and kind people. When I came to the facility I was physically unable to do a lot but with their help I became almost like my old self. Thanks again for showing me love!
