The therapy team is excellent. The environment of this facility truly feels like home. There are fun activities for all residents to participate in every day as well as many books, puzzles, and comfortable places to relax. If my family member required additional care than what I could provide at home, this would be my top choice! Our relative was just admitted today–after seeing some other rehab facilities, we are so impressed with this one. The staff is courteous, attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. They welcome and accommodate visitors. The building is clean and spacious. The nurses and supervisor who were on shift are all amazing. So many thanks to everyone who is working to make this place as great as it is. We recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy facility for a loved one. DO NOT send anyone you care about here! It was awful! I am 50 and have it together unlike many people in that nursing home. I was sent there for physical therapy after my artery bypass on my leg. This IS NOT the place for this. They had every type of doctor on the planet come speak to me and then I was given a pill that I didn't authorize and when I called my Mom she asked if I was drunk! I was out of it. The place is old and not super clean like at the hospital. The Administrator called my fiance to advise I may be leaving sooner than expected as I was doing so well. At that point I had been taken out of there by ambulance and been in the hospital for 2 days! They weren't even aware I was gone! When I returned the bloody sheets and dirty dishes were still there. Luckily I was able to feed myself and use the bathroom alone. Lord only knows! There were Definately some super nice people working there. But also some that weren't.

18 Months after COVID began, when vaccines are in wide distribution and virtually 100% effective at preventing hospitalization and death, this facility continues to limit visiting hours, for OUTDOOR visits (can't come on the weekend or after 4:30). Regardless of whatever care is provided - management does not seem to care about their patients mental health by limiting visitors to 2 at a time, even though local hospitals, where many patients came from, allow for somewhat normal and reasonable visitation. If you don't work for a living, or don't want to actually see your family member, this facility could be a good option.

They killed my grandmother, didn't inform me, and refused to release her belongings to me. I got some of it back but one of their employees got a free tablet. Everytime I went here the place was absolutely filthy and smelled terrible. If you're looking to send a loved one here don't expect them to come back out
