Complete Care at Voorhees

At Complete Care Management, we pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our residents and staff. Through frequent site visits and a hands-on approach from our top leadership, we create strong connections with both the residents and staff in our facilities. By creating a loyal and approachable environment, we ensure everyone feels like family. I liked the dementia unit in Complete Care at Voorhees. It has a small section where they can do a lot of activities. She can do a lot of walking, they do cooking, they do folding of towels and they have little parties. They do a lot of things with them and they’re always busy with them all day long. When I stop in, she’s always happy. I like it there a lot for her. The people working there are very nice. She shares a room with someone else but they’re never in their room and she doesn’t even know where her room is. She’s always having activities, having meals and walking. I think this is the best place for her. We chose Complete Care at Voorhees for my brother. He is in a shared room and it is just like your typical hospital room. What I especially like about this nursing home is their staff. They seem very friendly, nice and caring. I would recommend this nursing home to others. My Mom was a resident of Complete Care of Voorhees in September 2021. I was worried about Covid before she went in. I was impressed with the safety precautions taken by everyone from nursing to dietary. I felt confident leaving her there knowing that she was in good hands. The nursing staff was compassionate and attentive to my mom and her needs. She enjoyed the food also. The rehab department was excellent!! She walked out of the facility on her own and is doing well. We highly recommend Complete Care of Voorhees!

Our Mother was at Complete Care at Voorhees recently for a short stay. We were very pleased with the facility, staff and Covid precautions taken. The nurses and aides treated my mom with respect and took very good care of her. The rooms are clean, food is good, and there’s always something going on.

Nice staff. Only complaint sometimes your loved one won’t come out with the items you brought however I do see the administrations trying to improve that issue
