Complete Care at Westfield

At Complete Care Management, we pride ourselves on the relationships we build with our residents and staff. Through frequent site visits and a hands-on approach from our top leadership, we create strong connections with both the residents and staff in our facilities. By creating a loyal and approachable environment, we ensure everyone feels like family. I figure I send enough complaints; it would be nice to send some kudos.  Your recreation director is fabulous!  The events she comes up with for the residents are amazing.  My mom actually leaves her room!!  Mom raved about the KFC lunch for days.  Every time I spoke with mom, she mentioned how good it was and how much she enjoyed it.  There was also Meatball Monday, Taco Tuesday, making chef hats (she made 2), the Ladies Tea Social, and she loves a different ice cream theme every Friday.  Streaming a different movie every day is also a big hit. The things she comes up with are pure genius.  Please continue to support her and her ideas, and if I can ever do anything to help (physically or by donating) please let me know.  She is doing an outstanding job. Our family is very pleased to be associated with complete care at Westfield. My uncle Frank Corcoran has all this needs addressed and then some. Lisa and Sharon and all the staff treat uncle like family. This is the best place he can be. God bless you all😀

My father was brought to this facility for rehab after a stroke. He is an alzheimers patient and is often confused with a new environment change. He was placed in their secured memory care unit. At the rehab facility he received amazing care by the staff and therapists. He was happy and healthy every time I went to see him. I have no complaints and would use them again for a rehab for my elderly father. Liza the director had great communication and a good rapport with the staff and residents.

3.29.22 today on hold for :50 and still no one to talk to to check up on mom's care today! 3.28.22 I have tried for over an hr to get SOMEONE at the nurses station and all I get is put on hold. I have increased my rating from one star based on several calls from management in an effort to assure me that staffing and moral and facilities issues will improve. I intend to continue to increase my ratings as I see notable improvements. I would like to see major improvementsIn the general attitude of the full-time employees and I would like basic facilities like the call buttons on the sides ofThe patients beds to actually work.
