If I could give this business 0 stars, I would — horrendous treatment of new clients. I don’t know how their receptionist/office manager has a job. She forgot to email me my new patient paperwork and had the gall to address me in such an impertinent manner for running 5 minutes late.

The persons I am seeing are compassionate and caring. My therapist gives feedback to help me make the best choices for me. The doctor I am seeing for my meds is also caring. The receptionist is very efficient, friendly and helpful. I also would very much enjoy continuing with the doxy me appointments. I feel very comfortable using the face time appointments. I am elderly and have some issues getting around plus I don’t have to cancel due to being sick or bad weather.

Always have a productive session with the therapist. The only problem that occurs occasionally is of a technical nature, which can be quite stressful.

I have been seeing Dr. Awwa for almost 10 years. He is kind, compassionate and listens. I have seen him at all three offices and have never encountered any difficulty with any staff members. If you do, I would suggest speaking to their supervisor or Dr. Awwa himself.
