CCR was unbelievably welcoming and rewarding. I stayed for 38 days and couldn’t ask for more. The facilities are clean and the staff was extraordinary. The clinicians were first class and the moments of clarity were profound. I highly recommend this organization for any mental health, addiction or substance abuse issues and I will remain an advocate for life.

Connecticut Center for Recovery literally saved my life. The staff truly care about the clients in which they serve and to me that means and says a lot. I was able to learn a lot about myself due to the multiple groups and the camaraderie that I experienced with the other clients. Thank you so much for being who you are and for doing what you do and for showing me that my own LIFE has purpose and meaning. I would highly recommend this to anyone no matter where they are in this country.

If i could give no stars for CCR i absolutely would. There are treatment centers that genuinely care and there are others that are just in it for the money. Prior to me going to this facility which my family found they were lied to just to get me in the door. Mike Sanchez swore up and down if i did not stay the whole time they would be refunded the difference. I did 11 days there and left because they treat you like a 10 year old micro manage you and worst of all they buy enough food for a small family...not 10 grown men! By the weekend i was eating potatoes and cereal? I paid out of pocket which was 30 grand and supposedly individuals with insurance are getting charged $3000 a day. All that money and im scrounging for food? something seriously wrong with that picture. This company wants to charge you as much money as they possibly can but put the least amount into their company. The mens house is beat up the bathroom drain is so clogged your taking a small bath which resulted in me getting ringworm. The staff at night while giving out meds are on their phones saying your first and last name and my medication while their taking personal phone calls? Thats not a HIPPA violation or anything. This was not a one time thing either it happened numerous evenings of me being there and have video proof of it as well. Selling individuals on a rehab telling them whatever they want to hear to get them there says your in it for the money. I do believe the staff does care about the patients but above them all they are doing is filling their pockets. I would strongly recommend any other place but this one. Myself, my family were all lied to.
