DASEP
Counseling Associates | Arisa Health is contracted with the Arkansas Department of Human Services, Division of Aging, Adult, & Behavioral Health Services, to provide DASEP (Drug & Alcohol Safety Educational Program) services in the counties of Cleburne, Conway, Faulkner, Johnson, Perry, Pope, Searcy, Stone, Van Buren and Yell.
Our State-Certified DASEP program staff services include mandatory pre-sentence screenings presented to the judge with appropriate recommendations for each adjudicated offender found guilty for the charges of Driving While Intoxicated (alcohol or drugs), Driving Under the Influence (DUI-Underage), Minor In Possession (Underage), False ID (Underage), as well as (BWI) Boating While Intoxicated offenses. DASEP staff are State Certified to teach the mandatory required DASEP class and/or classes required for reinstatement of driving privileges for these offenses as incurred by offenders. DASEP staff are also state certified to make appropriate treatment recommendations and referrals for treatment services if warranted.
Please be aware that due to concerns with COVID-19 and to align with CDC and state official guidelines; our DASEP in person classes are canceled until further notice. We currently offer LIVE interactive classes Virtually via ZOOM. We are still completing DWI screenings by phone or ZOOM.
