rooms are not private and are very small not good with a highly contagious virus circulating in the community and certainly not helpful when rest is needed to heal. The staff you talk to on the phone present themselves as caring and knowledgeable .. the patient experience with nursing and aides was completely different! If your loved one is older and in need of high level care i.e. assistance with their daily routine such as eating toileting personal care this is not the place for them. The aides are abrasive and the nurses indifferent. The management should make a better effort to clean up and organize their lobby and patient rooms. Hire a patient liaison to assist families of patients in isolation and demand that their staff always provide encouraging positive reinforcement to the patients they care for especially the elderly. Kindness compassion and empathy are vital to patient success. I would not recommend this center to families seeking rehabilitative care for their elderly loved ones.

My 93 year old mom was admitted in November for a fractured pelvis. The care she received was outstanding, from the nurses, physical therapists and occupational therapists, to the social workers and aides. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with , they were very caring and concerned and my mother emerged stronger as a result. Ron, Kash and Jessica, (therapists) were amazing and got my mom up on her feet. Gowri (social worker) was extremely helpful every step of the way, and shout outs to Joan and Rich, (nurses) and Rose and Thais, (aides) among many others, for their outstanding helpfulness and patience. My mom even enjoyed the food and the kitchen was very obliging to send up a salad or accommodate when possible, if asked. My mother needed rehab again in January and without hesitation, we went back to Cranbury Care Center. Everyone was consistently wonderful and I would recommend this rehab center to anyone.

Wonderful, caring staff . The administrators take such good care of all the residents, always implementing the best ways to assure the health and safety of all the employees and residents. I am fully at ease knowing our loved ones are taken care of by the staff at Cranbury Center. I would not hesitate to reccomend this wonderful center.

I've given a very high score to Genesis's Cranbury Center in Monroe NJ. Overall the center gives good care to residents within the available resources. They are very informative and transparent in regard to Resident Care. Examples; The weekly video / teleconferences calls between administration and family members along with update notices. The Centers’ expeditious systematic procedures implemented during the COVID19 Outbreak. Which should be a model for other long-term care facilities to follow. J.W.G.

The staff is caring and compassionate. I am comfortable with having my loved one in their capable hands. During the long Covid lockdown my mom was well cared for and kept safe.
