The establishment is Very Clean, the food is well prepared & plated, the rooms are clean & resemble more of a hotel feel than a "hospital" feel..The Nursing staff is attentive, professional & caring..COVID measures are in place..so wear a mask & prepare to sanitize your hands when you check in & your temperature will be take. I think this is absolutely wonderful to keep All our Loved ones Safe..the grounds are well maintained & the view of the Canal is priceless..very comforting. All around Great place for a family to rehabilitate or if necessary Live there.Wednesday 13th April 2022

Jean Hirst1 StarCrest point is definitely not a place for any kind of rehab. It is basically a long term care facility. All patients are mixed with no definitive rehab section. They have a new rehab room but it was not open for some reason. The rooms are very smal with only 1 old bathroom for 4 people. It was not at all clean & the help on the weekend was nonexistent. I had to do total care for my husband as no one answered call bells. You do not want to send your loved one there. I transferred my husband asap. JH 2/21/22Tuesday 22nd February 2022
