Shani Curry4 StarI am reading these reviews with these complaints about the staff, care etc. Wondering if any of these people actually understand that Nursing Homes took a huge hit during the high point of Covid 19! Most of the staff resigned for higher paying jobs, travel nursing etc. Nursing homes were doing the best they could with the little staff they had. Yes some of those staff members may have been substandard but hey somebody is better than nobody! Instead of putting these buildings down try to look at it from the staff and management stand point! Even if they brought agency in; there is still a very real possibility of the same outcome. IJSTuesday 22nd March 2022

sh59er5 StarThe lady who was at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. She made sure I understood to use hand sanitizer before signing in and after signing in. There was another gentleman behind me who needed help, and she helped both of us at the same time without either of us feeling neglected. She sent him on his way, then showed me where I had to sign-in on the computer. She was very very pleasant. And the nurses on the floor I was visiting were very nice as well.Saturday 10th July 2021
Che’1 StarHorrrrrrrible!!!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend my enemy to stay at this facility. The service is horrible, employees lazy, no communication amongst staff on what should Be going on with patients. Facility is nasty.
It’s just a job for these people. They don’t truly care for those who need care. My family member was left in dirty pampers, days go by no teeth brushing, body not clean etc.
