Elissa Appling1 StarI had called the crisis support line and the representative made it feel very uncomfortable to talk to and made me feel like they were uninterested in what I need support for. They made me feel like I didn’t try all of the options I have and as if I was making a big deal out of it WHEN ITS LITERALLY CALLED A CRISIS SUPPORT LINE. They definitely demeaned and degraded my feelings as if it’s easier done than what Im saying. I could tell they were just trying to quickly get off the phone with me and made it so awkward. They’re so lucky I wasn’t an individual that was on high suicide risk and just left me in the dirt and who knows what could’ve happened and how other people who have reached out have been made to feel. Please be careful when seeking services with these horrible people.Friday 5th March 2021
