Since before the pandemic began I was going to Crossroads the reason I decided to mention I was attending the treatment center before the pandemic was because my treatment there has stayed the same well honestly has improved. I have a Truamatic Brain Injury (TBI) amongst other health issues & at all the other health care providers & related facilities my care has been a zero. By that I mean NONE of the places even tried helping me out with care management and so much more but my treatment for addiction has. Their counselors & entire treatment team are or have helped assist me with my needs. My counselor has been going above and beyond her job titles duties. I sound like a confused 5yr.old with some serious attention problems on the phone which is why I believe I've not gotten the help I desperately need due to my not having a support team (like most people have their family to advocate for them in situations like mine I don't my family basically called it quits with me the day I was released from Care partners well & they found out I want getting a big insurance check due to the fact the driver wasn't insured) but my Methadone clinic & my counselor at my Methadone clinic (opioid addiction treatment clinic) has been my support. I've been immediately turned away from the ER when I mentioned that I am on Methadone & looked at like I'm a petifile since I ended up getting addicted to opiods that I was prescribed every single time I went to the hospital part of the time I wasn't even being seen for anything pain related, I red flagged myself & those doctor's who are a huge help with feeding my problem don't even examine me when they hear I'm on Methadone. The saddest part is I was sober completely then was in a horrible accident and due to the opioid pandemic I am in pain all the time the Methadone dose help me be able to not suffer through the entire day and they're helping me get on my feet speaking to the places I can't seem to get me an appointment or a care coordinator. Crossroads is a medication matnience center for opiods addiction not for pain management but they help me when no one else has at all. They're Bleeping amazing and if it wasn't for them having counselors like mine I know I would have completely given up on everything but because of them I'm still trying to be a kick butt mom, get my health issues and life under control. God blessed me with the place that's looked down on by the majority places & people that's why people should do their own research on the majority of things and make their own opinion not just go along with the larger group or person is saying like mindless sheep anyway Crossroads is a good place to check out for help with getting your lives back and yourself and that's because they are good at what they do which is help those no where or one else will.

Been going to crossroads for almost 3 years and it's saved my life. The only thing they need to change is there weed policy cause there are 100s of us that would be a level 6 if they did...in legal states they get both an it's been proven that marijuana helps with addiction. I don't want a manmade downer like Xanax I can't take them.. I'm a zombie.

This is the best place I've ever been! I'd give 10 stars if I could! From the second you walk in the people are amazing. Melissa knows EVERYONES names and is so fast and sweet. The counselors are so relatable, caring, and helpful. Candice is the bomb but I'm kind of biased bc she has helped me more than I could ever explain.... she's the only counselor I want (but they are all truly great!). Kelly is a Rockstar and she KNOWS her stuff for sure! Chelsa is the sweetest nurse I've met and Michele is nice and helpful! These are the people you want in your corner. I don't have one single complaint in the YEARS I've gone here. I drive over 2 hours and pass many other place to come HERE and I don't regret it at all. I've been to other places and it doesn't even compare. These people CARE about you. This is where you wanna be!
