If your looking for help don't go here. The head nurse is on some power trip. I've been going here over a year and seen 3 directors go. There isn't even 1 counselor. Haven't had a dirty drug screen in 5 months and just had all my take home bottles taken away because I forgot to bring my 1 bottle back . I did forget the bottle but returned it the very next day. They say it's the rules. Your supposed to see your counselor as per the rules but they don't exist. So their goal isn't to keep anyone clean it's just all about money. Very unprofessional and poorly staffed.

Crossroads made my experience there during my transfer/intake really memorable. I am so thankful for every single person including the doctor that works there !! They all made my transfer comfortable, safe, and easy. I was top priority when I walked in and I was so happy when I was leaving that I chose to go there for help. Thank you so much to all the people who work at the Toms River Crossroads location.

Horrible since day one the nursing staff is so rude especially the head of the nurses ... if you want TREATMENT DO NOT GO HERE.. the only time this place was ok was when tara clifford was here. We have had so many directors its sickening.

My experience there was far better than I ever experienced at any treatment center. Every single person there goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. My councilor Tara has not only helped me get clean but also stay clean. She also taught me it’s more than getting clean it’s also about recovery and I’m recovering everyday I go. Even the little things like when I’m having a bad day and seeing Milo makes a huge difference he’s the most friendly loving dog I would absolutely call their mascot and instantly makes everyone there smile and so happy. Even the councilor Katie who isn’t my councilor has done an amazing amount to make sure I’m okay at the end of the day. I don’t write reviews but this place is outstanding. There’s not enough stars in space to say how well that place is ran and how caring they really are.

For the most part the clinic itself is small but seems to work for the staff. As for the staff they are small in numbers and I think it makes for a more personal relationship with the clients although a 3rd counselor would definitely be a Plus!!! Overall my biggest grip is the hours they're open no other clinic in nj is closed b4 noon and Saturdays are the worse the place is only open for 2hrs its almost in possible if there's traffic and a person must travel!! Everything else is just minor but thanks for listening to my gripes lmao Plz change the hours
