Caroline1 StarI have not had a single good experience at this place. I have seen 3 separate therapists here, but the last one I saw was by far the worst. She made me feel extremely invalidated and said very rude things to me right at the first session. Basically told me that I have nothing to be depressed about and she literally told me “let go and let god.” Told me that I really wasn’t serious about my suicidal ideation and that I need to be less emotional and sensitive. I have not felt that any of the 3 therapists i’ve seen here have cared about me or even really done their job correctly. Stay away from this place, seriously. I have had better experiences with csg in Williamsport.Tuesday 15th March 2022
Satori Tendō4 StarMy therapist is amazing, but my psychiatrist is the worst. Dr Brown is terrible at her job, I was diagnosed in 2015 with autism by several specialists. It runs in my family and I have been through speech and behavior therapy to cope with this, after 30 seconds of meeting me, and asking if I “have any friends at school” she concluded that I don’t have autism and that she needs to take it off the chart. She thinks that I’m not autistic because I have friends..Tuesday 7th December 2021
Jonathan Austinson-Loss5 StarI go to the Sunbury office and my CRS is in Williamsport, I received more help and support from them in last 2 months than I've received from Geisinger Psych in the past year.Tuesday 17th August 2021
Dr. John W. Radke M Div, Ph D1 StarA few years ago I worked for them for a week. I found out they lied to me about my position. They were very disorganized. They seem to care more about keeping their patients coming back for the insurance money than helping their patient s get better. They also lied about a drug program they were launching in Northumberland, PA. It's all about the money.Friday 12th March 2021
Gary Umstead1 StarSeriously don't go there volunteering. Its not meant for self help.Sunday 21st March 2021
