Stephanie Kennedy1 StarHonestly, I would never recommend this facility for any elderly care. The staff is lazy, unethical, and dishonest. My mother is bed ridden, and I had to call several times to get care to her room...Thank God mom has a cell phone and was able to call her family.Saturday 8th January 2022

elaine jobe4 Starmy mother had a short stay. I live out of town. It is a great comfort to know if she needs care in the future Crystal Care will be there. the staff were kind and considerate .I had dinner with my mother in the dinning hall, the food was tasty and the kitchen clean, as was all of the facility I saw. The residence were very social and even have a movie and popcorn night. The aids and nurses seem to enjoy caring for the residents. It is just a building the people make it a special place. Thank you all for being there when you are needed most. I would recommend Crystal Care for your loved ones.

Danny Rhea4 StarI was sent here for rehab following a hip fracture. This was not my first choice. The O/T and P/T departments are superior. However, food was deplorable. Nursing care was slightly better. Would never recommend this place to anyone needing rehabilitation.Thursday 11th October 2018
Sonya Williams1 StarI thought they were better than the other homes in the area but what kind of Nursing gives away a n 81 yr. old patients room away after being there 3 years. They were expecting her to never return from the hospital. Just heartless.Thursday 7th July 2016
