Donnie Smith1 StarI have to say I expected more from a mental health institution. Wasnt really sure what to expect. But I do know their is no privacy at the barbourville office. Their disability hires try but often make problems worse for the patient. A full audit of this location would serve the community better. Doctor changez and employee changes. If your looking for help and dont feel like you can hold out a few years to not see any progress. Dont go hereMonday 17th May 2021
