My mom was recently sent to Daleview for rehab. She has dementia which can be difficult to manage. Daleview has the kindest most compassionate staff I have seen in a long time. The first night there Faye (the head nurse) came to introduce herself and was so kind. There were so many wonderful staff taking care of mom she was always happy and calm. You never see anyone sitting always running around doing something and they know the names of all the residents by name! Johnny the physical therapist was great as well! Victoria and Nicole are the social workers! (You will be in good hands with them both!). No matter what I requested it was addressed right away! And the food was very good too! Thanks to Mark, Nena, Laura, Trish, Ruth, Tanya, and Dr Shirazi , and many others (i wish i could remember all their names) for being so compassionate and caring. It was the whole staff that gave mom the care she needed to get her back to a place where she could go back to assisted living!

The place is awful. It stinks my family couldn’t stand the odor. I was taken by ambulance in an emergency because I didn’t get my prescribe water pill. I asked for it constantly and got no response. My legs were all swollen. Finally I woke unable to breathe. I had to be rushed by ambulance to the hospital. They said I had water surrounded my heart and lungs. I thought I was going to die. I am speaking to an Attorney

After a month long stay in the hospital we moved my mother to Daleview to work on her strength and balance. On arrival she was as weak as a newborn! Needed maximum help to sit, move to a chair, etc. Today we are 3 weeks into her rehab and the change in her is incredible! She can transition from bed to chair with just one person helping, there is one person helping her with the walker rather than 2 plus one following with the wheelchair and she can shower with just one assistant. I know she's still got a lot of work ahead of her, but the amazing staff at Daleview has made enormous strides in her recovery! She spent about 24 hours in the ER last week for low hemoglobin and 3 units of blood. When she was greeted by the nurses and CNA's upon her return she told them "I'm so glad to be back!" ........what a weight off my shoulders that she was glad to return there to finish her rehabilitation. The nursing team, nursing assistants, PT/OT, and especially the Director of Social Services, Nicole as well as the rest of the staff have your loved one's recovery and well being at the forefront!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Daleview last week. My mom fell and broke her arm. She was moved from a hospital to rehab here and the staff was super nice and very accommodating. Nicole and Linda took care of every detail and we always knew what to expect. I highly recommend.

I found that every person who works for this facility performed their duties in the most professional manner. All nurses and aids were upbeat, friendly and accommodating and I was made to feel as if I were their only patient. My room was immaculate. Michael, Nicole and Sylvia run the facility like a well oiled machine. The meals were restaurant quality. The relentless energy of the Physical Therapists brought me back to life. I am forever grateful to all.
