If I could give 0 stars I would. Clearly no one cares about the health of their patients. I needed a new psychiatrist because my current one was incredibly awkward and horrible. I called about 5 times and was immediately forwarded to the same voice machine to leave a message in which absolutely no one calls back. They finally even forwarded me to their "Director" in which of course he didn't answer either. These people should not be in business and should not be handling mental health patients especially, for the sake of your sanity go somewhere else.

If I could rate them a zero I would. They are completely horrible and unprofessional. They do not keep you updated on anything about your family member. They give you a bunch a run around. The staff are a bunch of actors, and I do not know how this facility is still open. They have client phones that they leave disconnected ALL DAY! There’s no way for you to get in touch with them, they will leave you on hold or even answer and hang up in your face. Trying to reach a nurse or a doctor is a waste of time because they’re too busy laughing it up in the private room rather than doing actual work. If something was wrong, they only way I would hear about it is when I visit after hours. They have too many lawsuits against them and they need to be shut down. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE! Absolutely horrible

DIRTY. DIRTY. DIRTY. No one ever offered to call the family, doctor, no one. Rude staff. I was there for 15 hours. No meal. No therapist. No doctor. No psych doctor.

If you are looking for help, this is NOT the place. I wish there was a negative star option, but there is none. Not friendly, not helpful, not knowledgeable. You are better off on your own because this center will actually screw you up even more. Get away from DLC while you can.
