Depending on who you get, they can be nice. But the office keeps pushing and trying to force you into group therapy, even after you state that you don't want to attend a group. Spoke to the director and was advised group therapy is their focus now and that individual therapy can happen maybe around once a month. The case loads of the therapists they do have are high and individual therapy is possible if they actually hired more therapists. It would reduce the workload placed on someone and expand the services offered to a potential patient. They also don't feel as inclusive as they could be towards lgbtq and people of other faiths/beliefs/or lack thereof, but that may be in part due to the fact that it's a conservative town it's operating in.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! You would be making a huge mistake!!!!!!I would put zero stars if I could. I took my daughter there to get counseling and on the first visit that took all her words and twisted it and told us to take her to the hospital. When I did after waiting 4 hours with out anyone helping us we decided to leave the hospital. They called the law and dss on me. Even after we made a crisis plan they did something totally different. They made me commit her or they were going to involuntarily commit her. They took everything I said and she said to try to get her help and twisted it to make her look like she was about to kill herself that minute. Not only that they told me I didn’t know anything about her keep in mind this is the first actual visit and it was over the phone and told me I was not capable of taking care of her or keeping her from hurting herself. I would fear for my dog to go there!!! Do not take your children there they don’t care about the child nor do they even consider helping them and all they want to do is push pills on her and push what they think is good for her. NEVER GO HERE EVER THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!

The people are usually nice. However for my child that has issues with transitioning and has a hard time understanding why people are suddenly gone from his life the fact that twice in two months they have up and changed his therapist with little to no warning doesn’t seem very productive. On top of that cancelling an appointment one hour prior to time and adding just “you’ll actually reschedule with someone else I won’t be seeing him again” is very unprofessional from a company. We are expected to give a notice to change or cancel, but this company doesn’t show that same respect in return
