Lillian Mass5 StarI had a good experience overall. The workers are as nice as we are to them. It all depends on what I want from life. And they were all supportive and caring. I think everyone does the best they can in life. If we can help each other in healthy productive lifestyles it is so much better.Monday 25th October 2021
Megan Cowdrey5 StarThe place has improved since a lot of the bad staff members have left.Saturday 26th February 2022
Ema Swagger2 StarI’d like to start out saying ( not ) all the staff that works there are horrible. Ms.Ronnie, Ms.Lisa, Ms.Keisha, Ms.Karen ( the nurse ), Mr.James and finally Mr.Makaza are extremely hard workers and they actually care. Now pointing out the bad. Renee Hicks is a very rude unprofessional person. I’ve witnessed several altercations she has had with patients. She is Violet, I saw her grab a lady by her arm, I’ve seen her smash someone’s hand with a door and several times yell and try to degrade patients that go there. It’s insane that she still has a job at that place. In my opinion that shows how things are ran there. Sofia is another one that is unprofessional. They like to gossip about their patients Recovery. That to me is wrong in so many ways. We are paying for treatment and we need our counselors on the same page. Not against us, not to judge us, to keep what we talk about in a private setting, and finally to keep us safe. Those two mentioned above do the complete opposite. I would give them even 4 & 1/2 stars if I saw improvement from higher hierarchy. Meaning if they would address the violent counselor Renee Hicks. They give rules out to the patients but then let the staff break them. Its nonsense!!!!! In a place like this you should feel safe going there. You shouldn’t have to be worried if your going to be abused, degraded, talked about, and most importantly touched by staff aggressively. I haven’t had this done to me but like I said I’ve witnessed it by my own eyes. I ask from ALL of us who really wants our recovery to work please ( Pinnacle ) we know you can do better. Please make us feel SAFE..Please don’t turn a eye. If you see your other employees acting unprofessional say something about it. Don’t just walk away. Put a grievance in, send a email out to your boss. We are in recovery from using one of the hardest most deadly drug on the streets. Most Addicts don’t know how to handle stressful situations and use drugs rather than dealing with the problems. So you never know you could be saving someone’s life by just reporting unprofessional staff members. ♥️Thursday 27th January 2022
