Donald Afungchwi5 StarThe team here is phenomenal! When i get older this is the place i want to be. My aunt has a more active life than I do. Christiana really treats people like family!Every time I visit the facility, it's always clean & the staff is very professional & friendly.I had the opportunity to tour this huge facility and was impressed by how how organized and neat the place is. the set is amazing!!! spacious rooms, automated wheelchair lift for going up and down stairs. i would recommend this place if you are looking to for a comfortable place for your loved one. Keanna Faircloth1 StarIf I could give this facility zero stars I would do just that. This place is horrible!!! The staff is negligent and far from caring. My aunt is housed there and she complains that her food is always ice cold when she receives it. We drop off food to the facility for her and, sometimes, she doesn't even receive it. The staff doesn't deliver the food to her room, so I believe they are eating it themselves. I plan to report the facility to Social Services if the quality of care my aunt is receiving does not improve. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT send your loved ones to this facility.Saturday 29th January 2022

BreeThe Topic1 StarI’m writing on behalf of my grandfather who has been placed in the mentioned facility. He is 70 years old. He is a recent laryngectomy patient and is unable to speak. He has been in the Deanwood facility since December 1, 2021. Since being in this facility my grandfather has been treated poorly. His health is poor as well as his care is poor. Since being in this facility my grandfather has had 3 incidents of having to be rushed to the hospital. One in which could’ve been fatal. This facility hasn’t done anything to improve my grandfathers health. My grandfather is supposed to have OT, PT, and speech therapies in which he hasn’t been receiving and the facility can’t produce any records that he has done any of the ordered therapies. I have photos of his filthy bathroom, his wound care is poor and I have photos of that as well. They have the doors to covid units WIDE OPEN. Covid patients walking freely. They don't change the linen on the beds. They say its changed as needed or every 2 DAYS. They have patients clothing sitting openly in trash bags on the units.
