Go somewhere else. If you go here your chances of getting help are slim and honestly they will just exacerbate the situation. This place is an absolute joke and not even a funny one.

Worst place ever. They constantly change staff because their doctors and staff quit. They prescribe everyone the same medication instead of giving you medicine that will actually help. Don't waste your money or time going here. Drive to anywhere but here. If you love your family you'll get them real help instead of taking them here.

Really hard to get them to call back even after leaving several messages. I only get appointments once every two months and I feel like I get talked over or dismissed, and within the first 2-3 months I got swapped therapists and had to wait almost 2 more months to speak to the new one... who admitted to me she hadn’t bothered to read my file yet... after I waited for months... 🙃 the other reviews are right!! It’s just not a great place. Which is really sad if you’re also low income and it’s basically the only place in town you can go price-wise. Because a few people I’ve spoken with are nice, but the therapy is not good, my therapist felt very dismissive, like I was wasting her time. I don’t know why people so callous or rude would go into this profession but they just don’t talk in a professional way, and waste your sessions talking about their problems in what may be an attempt to be relatable? But it just comes off as wanting to talk about themselves. There is help out there for you. But this is NOT it. I’ve been ill for most of my life so please believe me when I say the tips/help they offer is all the most BASIC stuff you can find by googling ‘how to deal with X condition’ and feel like they try to shove meds at you and get you out as fast as possible. (I should note I’m not against medication or anything! Some of it has helped me a ton, but a lot of the stuff they’ve given me just hasn’t worked and because they’re SO BAD AT CALLING BACK it’s super hard to get them to switch doses on meds or start a new one, etc) Please stay away from this place if you truly want to get better. Try going to a regular dr first if meds are really what you think can help, my normal dr helped me get on basic anxiety meds at the very least. Look into Church support groups if you’re religious because some of them have programs like that for free (tho you won’t be guaranteed a licensed therapist there) Check online apps. Call other places and ask about sliding scales for payments. Look into online video chat or phone therapy, a lot of those are cheap. Do ANYTHING besides give this place business.

Both my son and I went there because we are having a hard time dealing with the death of a family member. They are the most uncaring individuals and do NOT belong in the field of mental health!
