They are a good Mental Behavior Hospital to an extent . I paid my daughter’s group therapy in advance and her insurance ended up denying Group therapy. My daughter never attended their group therapy and when I called and spoke to the finance department they keep giving me the round around. It’s been 5 months and I have been unable to get a reimbursement from my daughter NOT taking their group therapy. They also never completed paperwork for me to be able to take time off work to better support my daughter. They kept telling me they would have the Nurse complete it and they never did. They ignored my emails after that. They don’t communicate with you, this was referred to me from Children’s Hospital. Please do not send your family members here. They will take your money and pretty much steal your money. They are all about Money, my daughter told me it didn’t really help her. She is doing better with her private therapist.

I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety for YEARS and after spending a week at Denver Springs I feel like a new person with a full set of tools to deal with whatever life throws at me. The group therapy sessions were great and the staff (shout out Willow Unit!) took excellent care of us, and I knew we were in caring hands at all times. If you need help, give Denver Springs a try and embrace all they have to offer you (which is a ton). Thanks for everything!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I guarantee you that your loved one will not improve as a result of the care that he/she receives at this facility. Most probably, they will come out worse than when they went in. Absolutely the worst excuse for a mental health facility imaginable.

"Our programs offer trusted, compassionate treatment for adults..." Unless your diet is anything but what the kitchen staff shoves at you. The staff's distain is palatable. I understand that the staff on the unit may be busy. I hear, too much, that requests are passed off the the next shift, and then to the next... Though I have heard that a few of of the staff will go the extra step to help.

I was in the Willows unit for inpatient and then did the PHP and it was a great experience! Everyone was very helpful especially Rico during inpatient and David for PHP. Highly recommend this place compared to any other in the area
