This place is dirty, no onhas offered to help me set up for shaving, they move stuff where I can't reach it.the whole place had no electricity for an hour , no people on oxygen had air. Thank God I'm going home. They lie constantly....hook you on pain pills. I am a Disabled American Veteran. and I did not ask to be placed here, , COVID. Unbelievable. Legalities is getting better me out of here. I'm worse off than at home. The VA is also involved in this legal mess. People in here I truly feel so bad for them..understaffed...

THIS PLACE IS HORRIFYING!!!! ELDER ABUSE IS THE BEST WAY TO DESCRIBE THEM! THEY LET YOUR LOVED ONE CRY AND FEEL AS IF THEY ARE NOT OF VALUE!! MY GRANDMOTHER WAS NOT BATHED IN 9 DAYS!!! SHE HAS HER MEDICINES GIVEN AT HOME ON TIME BUT THEY REFUSE TO GIVE HER THEM WHEN SHE NEEDS THEM! YOUR LOVED ONE WILL CALL FOR HELP AND IT WILL TAKE THEM 2 OR MORE HOURS TO RESPOND! THEY HAVE ATTITUDE AND ARE SO DISRESPECTFUL! THEY DONT HAVE BADGES SO FIGURING THEIR NAMES OUT ARE IMPOSSIBLE! SO SCOTT PETTY WHAT ARE YOU AS A DIRECTOR OF THIS PLACE GOING TO DO TO CHANGE IT!?

My mother was wrongfully discharged from the ER at Gateway and was put in at this facility. She entered missing 90 percent of her L1 vertebrae and with a brain bleed of over 2 cm. At Blossom they put her in a wheel chair, left her unattended for over an hour. She was calling out in pain and was in so much pain she attempted to get herself back in bed. Since the chair was not locked she fell, twisted her foot and obtained a blood clot. The staff never informed me of the incident. When her condition worsened even more, she was put back into Gateway's intensive care unit and soon passed away.

My grandpa was fortunate enough to be placed here at Desert Blossom. He received excellent care from nursing and therapy staff. Management was quick and responsive to helping my family if any problems occurred. Thank you for everything.
