This place is great! The staff is amazing and caring and the environment is safe and healing. They teach not only how to live a healthy lifestyle, but they incorporate meditation and yoga to gain trust and build intentionality. They give the tools you need to live a healthy life while surviving in the real world.

Discovery House program works. If you want to live a life with purpose and meaning, and get out of the vicious cycle of using and drinking, if you need to heal, or if your life is headed down the wrong path because of drugs and alcohol, then you should try this rehab. You do not feel sick or anxious during detox, luxury apartments, fun activities, and Licensed Dr’s and caring staff-with one-on-one counseling.

Had a family member whose need for help with his alcoholism grew to the point that I would just shut down in depression. A company that I work with a lot in Duluth told me about Discovery House close to them. The head guy of the place worked out something that made my family member’s treatment possible. It took 2.5 weeks for me to see an obvious improvement in his view of life and alcohol. He stayed with them for the complete program and alcohol is now a distant memory. God blessed my family by helping us learn about their program. Their methodology is different from what I’ve seen elsewhere. I cannot recommend them any more strongly. I can’t help but to see that there are some crackpot reviews. May God help those people. This place deserves serious respect.

As a graduate of this program and someone who has known Mr. Darrell Hall for quite a while, I feel obligated to share my experience. After many multiples of attempts at other facilities, I settled into Discovery House. This is among the most well-rounded rehab facilities in the country. They offer an assortment of different treatment options and bring multiple perspectives to patients and their families about how to best treat each one personally. Without this program, I don’t know that I would be here to write this review. Darrell Hall is the only reason this program is here today, and I’m not sure that I can accurately represent the gratitude I have for him in words. Besides the work he does to keep this facility open and running, he manages to take an individual interest in every single patient that walks through the doors of Discovery House. If there is anyone who cares about this community of people that is so often neglected, Darrell is him. I would recommend this program to anyone I know. A lot of healing goes on here at Discovery House thanks to Mr. Hall. Thank you to Darrell and Discovery House as a whole. My family and I are forever grateful for this program and the peace it has brought us.
