Dixon Social Interactive Services Inc. has been serving the Eastern North Carolina community for over 20 years. Our goal is to provide services that will allow our customers to become functional and independent across all aspects of life including home, school, work, and the community.  We show compassion and support for our members as well as our employees.  As such, we are committed to provide our patients with highly qualified staff to help assist them and enhance the quality of their lives.  In addition, we are committed to provide employees with a safe and comfortable work environment in which to perform their duties. At Dixon Social Interactive Services Inc. we exercise the highest level of integrity in our administrative, service, and outreach activities; we tie these activities directly to our mission, and we sustain and account for our records truthfully and accurately.  We believe our work as an advocate and service provider to the community will be needed for many years to come. I have been interning at Dixon for six months and have enjoyed it so much that I actually decided to complete my second internship with them as well. The staff is great and very accommodating to my schedule which changes frequently due to being in school. I have been able to learn a variety of topics over a short period of time and appreciate the different insights from the diverse staff.
