Kevin Head2 StarThey do not return calls till after they are closed usually if at all. I can't get any help with pain management. The HIV care has gone downhill since covid got and Dr Kline left. I had blood work done over a month ago with no call on the results. I have been trying all morning to get through to make an appointment with no luck for a covid test or not even info if they do it kee getting put in voicemail which is never returned

I had to call 3 times today and instead of offering to help me or find a solution they say “just go to urgent care” soooo caring of them. F this placeThursday 8th October 2020
