Honestly there are no good places to go now that they have combined mental health and substance abuse treatment into the sane clinics. There is not enough staff not enough doctors and mist if the workers are grumpy as hell from dealing with all the patients that are not receiving proper care! This is the most unprofessional place i have ever been for mental health treatment!! I saw a doctor here for five years and went in for my appt that was scheduled three months in advance. There i learned my doctor had retired and nobody called me to set me up with anyone else! Then the nightmare really began!! I ran out of meds and it took this office three weeks to get a refill to the pharmacy because they had no doctors to prescribe at the time! Now I’m calling to schedule an appointment and the voice mail says that you have reached the after hours line however it is 2pm on Friday afternoon and it says they are open until 8pm? It is not a holiday it is August 27th? If you did not have anxiety bad enough before coming here this place will absolutely give you horrible anxiety!! Every month i have to worry about if i will get a refill or care! Believe me if there was somewhere else to go i would go there! However its slim pickings!!! There is a reason why suicide rates are through the roof and honestly it feels like nobody in this practice cares at all!! Im not saying it is the staffs problem it is overrun and they need more staff! I have loved all doctors and therapists i have seen here! It is dealing with the front desk organization that is bonkers!!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. This is the biggest display of unprofessional, borderline unethical patient care I’ve ever witnessed. The ladies who work at the front desk are very considerate. However, those who work with the patients directly, may want to consider basic level patient care/standard of care. How they make a patient feel is intolerable. If your loved one is looking to go somewhere for anxiety, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. If Canceling appointments “day of”, and being punished for their lapse in communication is appealing to you, choose ESPS.

I recommend this doctor and establishment if you need to be put on the correct medicine. This doctor and his associates have saved my life and put me on the right path. I'm 52 and never knew I needed medicine but now I can go in the right direction with the right prescriptions that will keep me centered, grounded and in focus. Thank you Dr. Pezor, Ms. Alexa, Ms. Mercy, Ms. Tracy, Ms. Deisha and all the other staff who helped me heal.

Instead of the traumatic nightmares I used to experience, I now experience nightmares stemming from my treatment under the care of the doctor and my therapist at this facility. My experience here has left a lasting, negative impact on my psyche. To the point where 4 long years later, I have resolved to never see a psychiatrist OR therapist again. Even as new symptoms arrive, it will never again be worth it to me.

If I could give negative stars I’d give a -100 stars. I’ve never in my life met a more incompetent UNPROFESSIONAL staff. The administrative supervisor is so rude and condescending. I’ve been calling for over a week and no one will call me back or give me a straight answer. When she finally called back she yelled at me and was so unbelievably rude then transferred my call and cut me off. That woman SHOULD NOT work in mental health. This place is absolutely horrid. I cannot believe it’s an actual business. I’m so astonished that this a place that is supposed to help people in need but can’t even give you a call back or even bother to be nice and apologize. Who ever actually runs this place needs to do better and that’s an understatement.
