I've been seeing Dr Fitzgerald for my mental health issues and she's the best doctor this place has ever had for mental health and very knowledgeable not to mention, she doesn't want to automatically put on bipolar medications that you can't function on them!!!

I am on medication for adhd. Every single time I need a refill or to raise my medication Angela never contacts my insurance company nor does a prior authorization. correctly which leaves me with the out medication every month. I even call to get her to send a prior authorization and she won’t ever answer the phone. This place and women is incompetent and should be sued by making people go through terrible withdrawals. I have kids and a life and have to constantly go through this is devastating and makes me sick. I go through serious withdraws. This is the worst place ever!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away from East Ridge especially Angela!!!!!!

We tried for months to get a psychiatry appointment for my step daughter. She needed to be re-diagnosed. The people we talked to were nice, but when we finally got an appointment it was only with a nurse instead of a licensed mental health professional. They never told us it wasn’t actually a therapy appointment. We were charged the full price of an initial appointment and the doctor they referred us to was very rude and did not care about the patient’s situation. Medicine was just thrown at her without understanding the complexity of the situation. We could not manage to get a hold of someone to discuss what happened or set up another appointment.

Been a client here twice for addiction treatment and psychiatry. If you're vested in getting REAL help and be HONEST with them and yourself, it really can work! You gotta do things as they see fit too. I see the Dr for meds but it's the counselors that have changed my way of thinking and my way of living. It can sometimes be daunting but look at what your there for.....Its never a good thing to begin with to have to be treated for these reasons. Due to the opiod epidemic, start out by letting them know you're truly seeking help and not just for medication. Medications are to assist in treating the issues, not cure them. That work, you got to do on your own. Its what you make it!! Everyone here has been really good to me. Be good to them too and don't hide. You'll have nothing to worry about.

Horrible group. Do not want to communicate with guardian and minimal services to client. They should clean house from top to bottom and begin. If I could give a zero, I would. Horrible!
