Pat Kav1 StarVery poor customer service. Taking forever to be initially seen by a doctor. Issue with knee started June 1, 2020 today is 6/23/2020 and they keep changing the appointment. The patient is in extreme pain and they don't care. They have past her to a nurse practitioner at this point. Patient is missing work with no pay. She may not be able to afford rent. NOT good:-(. Thanks to family we will help her with her bills. As a health facility please diagnose her and relive her pain.Tuesday 23rd June 2020
