My name is Brookeita Payne and I’ve joined Eleanor Health as the Clinic Operations Manager in Worcester, MA. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I have had the pleasure of working in the field of Mental Health & Substance Use Disorder for several years. It has been a privilege to work in various clinical settings and in various roles from case management to clinician, to clinical supervisor. Over the years I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and collaborated with many community agencies. I'm excited to be a part of a team providing whole-person care and meeting our community members where they are at. If there is one thing I have learned throughout my years of experience it is; tough times don't last, tough people, do! I take pride in being able to participate in the recovery journey of our community members and will do my part to provide the best service for our members and the Eleanor Health team. When I am not serving our community, my time and attention are best spent focusing on my daughter and helping her grow as a young entrepreneur. If we don’t contract with your insurance plan, we will work with your out-of-network benefits to ensure you still benefit from insurance. Under the supervision of our physicians, our medical team will prescribe medications that safely block the effects of drugs and alcohol on the brain and body. Eleanor Health, the ENTIRE staff have honestly saved my life! At a time now was desperate and had hit dead end after dead end, I got a random call which i normally ignore. It was a sweet young woman asking whether I needed any type of services at all? What? Who are you, where did you come from in a moment where all 4 walls were closing in on me! The woman who is a Tar Heel fan and me being a Duke fan way up here in Boston had my attention! Since that day, never once have I felt as tho someone let me slip thru the cracks! Miss an appointment, whether by phone or chat, they have you lined up and ready to go. From intake, to doctor to doctor making sure all of my stuff is filled accordingly and on time. I’ve never felt as tho that I was a priority in any setting when it came to mental health and my over all well being. They’re incredibly tentative, even the intake nurse will spend 20 mins on the phone with you The doctors don’t play around. I said I needed to be tested even tho test kits are sent and I have an appointment set up same morning. The women and men involved with this group are an example to all on how you treat people! I owe my life and future to them!
