Eleanor Health has been the best experience I’ve ever had for assisting me on my wellness path. I’ve had other experiences to compare it to and the entire staff including the office assistant, nurses, therapist, support personal and doctor have been top notch. I have never ever felt this supported. Everyone here AUTHENTICALLY cares about the success of their patients. There are regular check ins cheering you on and making sure you’re doing well. If there is an issue that needs immediate attention they are there. I can’t say enough good about this experience. Thank you to all the staff at the Akron OH location!

I'm not normally the type of person to write a review but this place left such a bad taste in my mouth that I feel obligated to. In my opinion their care is based on how to maximize charges to your insurance company and the evidence required to substantiate these claims. I did not feel that my care team made decisions based on what was best for me as a patient. I would express my goals and expectations of treatment but if they did not match the agenda and bias of my care team they went unmet and were ignored. My needs, expectations, concerns, and experience came second to the company's need to turn a profit. For example, I expressed that my therapist/counselor/lead clinician (her role was unclear and when i asked what her title was her response was "what do you think it is?") was not a good match and that i was going to seek those services elsewhere. After doing so other care team members routinely attempted to persuade me to continue with her even though I made it clear I had found a better fit at another provider. Ultimately, all this led to me terminating my treatment at Eleanor Health because I felt the treatment i was recieving was counterproductive to my goals and recovery. I hope this helps anyone considering treatment at Eleanor Health
