I had problems with my old doctor and saw Eleanor on a Google ad. What sparked my interest was it tele health. So I gave them a call and glad I did. They are some of the most caring and friendly people. That you just get alone with. They care about you not the money like most other doctors. I personally would recommend Eleanor health to anyone that want to have a wonderful staff to nurses and doctors. I give them a 10/ 10 they deserve it. Keep up the great work!!!

Hello! I'm Chrystal. I was patient A in Louisiana. I started this journey with Eleanor in March and it has been the easiest process. I have never had a moment where I was in need and the need wasn't addressed and or attended to. I feel like this is my family. On rough days, I know that if I call Raquel or Julie or any of the staff, current or past, they will answer. It keeps me sober. I'm in a great space and not only am I surviving, IM THRIVING!!

I could write a book on how wonderful and kind the entire staff is! I have been an addict for 25 years and yes I have reached out for help before but this is the only place that has actually worked and they make every thing so easy and comfortable for the patient,this place offers everything,MAT,Therapy,Sponsers,and it can all be done virtual from your home including the urine tests! When you think you have run out of options and you have nowhere else to turn make one more phone call to this place. They can and will help you get started in the right direction. Everyone I have dealt with has been kind and understanding from the doctors to the receptionists. You won't regret making this phone call and chances are it will save your life. I cannot thank the people at Eleanor Health enough for their help!! I don't know where I'd be without them, but I do not want to find out. I was nervous for my first appointment... but I talked to someone who was amazing and afterwards I felt like I was not alone anymore. Every single counselor/nurse/doctor is so patient and compassionate, it's like you have a whole team of people rooting for you. I am very grateful for everyone who has helped me. Thank you!!
