The staffers,Rebecca, Jessica and Dr Fran,assigned to me are friendly, sensitive, genuine in their concerns about my care and compassionate. I've had my share at other institutions and Eleanor has to rate above all others. Rebecca,has to be,or is one of the most nicest, warmest,and kindest individuals I've ever met. She not only hears what I say,but she listens. I have no issues with me being transparent. That's how comfortable she makes me feel in our sessions. Customer service rates high in my books also. Not only do they answer right away, but they also respond in an efficient timely manner. I'm very satisfied with the service and I highly recommend Eleanor for anyone looking for a road map to healing.Friday 1st April 2022

My CRP Rebecca is unmatched to anyone else in the whole world when it comes to understanding and supporting someone in recovery. Counselor Bret is awesome as well!
