Deceitful representation; just repackaged Scientology/Narconon-based curriculum, which is Exactly what this same program was prior to 2016-no matter that they’ll deny it. Look it up. Structured like juvenile hall or teen camp for kids with bad behavior. Hard sell admissions “counselors”. Insurance billed for services not provided. An awful experience, cannot recommend for actual substance use treatment.

My experience at Elevate was the best experience I have had out of all the 4 Treatment Centers I have been to. The Staff was very supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful to me. I felt like everything I did here was important to my sobriety in one way or another. I have felt like I have gained confidence, motivation, and tools I will use from here on out. I leave this program being optimistic and proud of myself, which is something I have not felt in a very long time.

Not only did Elevate lie to me , that put me in danger. They were full to their limit and like most treatment centers every head in a bed means dollar signs. They were charging my insurance company $3900 per day and claiming I was receiving daily one on one councilor sessions, i had two in thirty days. There was a young man there straight out of jail that shared he had shared needles with inmates, he was sent to the hospital (because he was yellow) and allowed back in the same day. Them sent out again a day later because he collapsed. Now, I have a public health nurse providing my vaccines as I was exposed due to their greed. The facility sits on an old nunnery. Pretty view, old and outdated cabins. They feed you well, that’s the only plus. Otherwise , cats (which people are allergic to) and other animals are fed on site. As they are “holistic” they threw away all of my medication day one. Cold turkey withdrawals....not fun. While booking this reservation that my insurance company aggressively to pay I was told it was a 90 day program but if I wanted to leave after 30 or 60 I could do as I wish. Upon check in Pedro confirmed this but told me “we will make hard for you to leave”. The staff are all graduates and under qualified to look after residential participants. They are “interns” and make $50 a week as they have nowhere else to go. They walk around with iPads and knock on doors every 15 minutes. After 34 days of treatment I decided to leave. They made me wait 13 hours for my bags and after dropping me off at the end of the toad in the middle of the woods , another two hours for my wallet and phone. Completely unacceptable! Did I mention it used to be a Scientology House? Adding insult to injury, the “CEO”. Used to drive in every day to work out with her two little very expensive puppies and never once said hello to a client.... not once. This place is a racket, the pictures you see on line are fake. Do not be fooled!
