Dr. Mohammad is disrespectful and doesn’t treat their clients with any dignity or respect. I’m writing this review for a friend who was not treated like a human by Dr. Mohammad. Usually as humans we are taught to respect anyone even if they do not align with your beliefs because we are all still human and have shared experiences. Dr. Mohammad did unfortunately misname my friend purposely and did not respect their proper pronouns during their visit. As unprofessional as that is, it’s also just not a humane attitude to have about respecting others especially if you’re providing them a service. For Dr. Mohammad, if you’re reading this, I ask you to please reconsider the way you treat people especially your patients who do not exactly align to your beliefs. We’re all human. Considering you mentioned God during the session, you should ask yourself if you think your God would be okay with the way you made my friend feel uncomfortable and really dehumanized them just for them being who they are.

Not only did they schedule another appointment for the same appointment we had scheduled , but the receptionist did not even have our appointment in their logs. We had to wait after the other family which took time away from our session as well. Not only was this very unprofessional but the doctor seemed to run quick with minimal details that he consistently tried connecting to his own family and did not feel like he would focus on our problems. Somewhat unprofessional and even went on complaining about how no insurances would pay him.

This is a fine office as long as you are cis. Dr Mohamad is a transphobe and WILL NOT treat you with respect. If I wanted to hear about how God feels on the subject I'd go to a church, not a therapist.

Dr Mohammed is incredible resource in the journey of healing. I looked for many counselors in Chicago, cook county, well technically chicago ridge for my dui and sap dot court ordered treatment and he was the place that actually could give the probation officer the documents needed in a timely and professional matter.
