Beth is wonderful. She is someone who is very compassionate, understanding and embodies all the great characteristics a counselor should have. She is one who dresses down but what does that matter when she make sure she help provide tools to your personal toolbox to help you reach long term success. I strongly recommend anyone in Bloomington to go and sit in her rocking chair or virtually!!!

I was there for a court-ordered assessment and I left in tears. I've already gotten over my troubles and re-live my story 5+ times and she was the least considerate and pointed out my flaws. When I started crying she sighed and basically told me that like I was a piece of trash.

I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. She was 10 minutes late starting my appointment. She was very unprofessionally dressed, I felt like I was the doctor in the meeting. I also felt she was judging me before we even met, she was making predictions of my assessment outcome on the phone prior to ever meeting me. Overall very unsatisfied with her services. I am looking to go somewhere else so she does not get any more of my money for that seems to be all she wants.
