My mom is being well taken-care of here. I have no complaints when it comes to her treatment. They come and clean the room every day, the food is hot and they ask what you want and they bring it on time. The doctor was AWESOME! I loved him! The other staff is VERY nice. The Social Worker is very sweet. The rooms are actually pretty good-sized, my mom is very comfortable here. No complaints. She loves looking outside through her window and watching the deer! The Therapy was the BEST! She gets Therapy every day, and they take their time and really care. She has made so much progress. I would definitely recommend this place.

My father has been living at Elkins Crest for a while now and for the life of I don't know how he stays there. He loves the residents and some of the staff. However the place is filthy and has an overwhelming smell of urine and dirty mop water. This place needs to be completely gutted. My dad care is also questionable, due to the lack of response i get from anyone regarding his problems. For example he was unable to keep food down for two weeks and no one reached out. honestly the list goes on. For the amount of money they charge and the area that there in. I'm truly shocked how this business continues to stand in the condition that its in. I want my dad to leave, but he really likes staying there. So they should take that into consideration and clean the place up.

The truth is I like a lot of the people here. I like the fitness program because it lets you have direction, and I know my body tells me I need it. I read my books when I get a chance, I go to activities every day. The nurses are really nice.

Therapy’s been excellent, and I told Cigna that when they called me. I was pleasantly surprised, I got therapy every day. Most of the nurses here are very pleasant and helpful.
