Our Story
The moment you meet our team at Elroy Health Services, you know you are home. Located in beautiful Elroy, Wisconsin, we enjoy our quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of a small community known for being the center of two state bike/snowmobile trails – the 400 State Trail and the Elroy-Sparta State Trail.

Kelli Sleaver5 StarMy mother is currently residing at Elroy Health services. This was her third Move in a year ( She has now been there over a year) With that being said, I would have her at no other facility. The staff at Elroy is amazing and go above and beyond With their residence. I thank them as often as I can for keeping my mother safe, as well as the other residence. Five stars for me and if you’re looking for a place to have your loved ones in their later years, I highly recommend Elroy Health services!!!Monday 28th September 2020

I wish to thank each of you for your patience with me. I know at times I was pretty trying. Mostly thank you, for treating the residents with dignity, respect and compassion. I know that my mother in law, Elizabeth "Cookie" Gilchrist had the best care; care that I couldn't provide. You were her family these past months and you were my experts, teachers, counselors, and friends. I will always look at nursing homes/staff differently after this experience.I will not be a stranger and I hope more people are visitors.

Betty Micheaux5 StarHello my name is betty ive worked for 2 months and i really hate that im leaving to go to Florida. i work as a housekeeper and the staff here is very nice to work for. I love talking to everyone here, my boss has even gave me transfer papers. I am going to miss the residents the most. They always keep me on my toes.
