New Kong1 StarThis organization is completely unprofessional. Me and about 7 other individuals showed up to attend the class at the Overland location, but no one showed up. We called numerous times while waiting and received no answer. We waited for 1hr and 30 min then decided to leave a note with all of our names signed. I called next day and received no explanation nor reimbursement for my trouble, and I have to take off again for the class. The individual I spoke with didn't even provide information for me to submit a formal complaint upon request. This is the only way to hold them accountable. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID.Monday 16th March 2020
