We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this team and the program they provide! They are professional, kind and welcoming as well as truly excellent clinicians. We have a huge amount of gratitude to this team for helping us and our child and we can't give enough praise to this unique program. In a space where it is so hard to get great care for a teenager, Embark of the Main Line shines. We would recommend this program again and again.

With many negative experiences in other treatment programs, we entered Embark with a great degree of apprehension. Soon after beginning, my daughter stopped resisting attending and eventually looked forward to every session. She became invested and demonstrates significant growth in both social and emotional areas. Now at the end of her treatment at the IOP level, she is confident, and understands her limitations and how to employ strategies in order to cope with them. She is making new friends at school and has become involved in many extra curricular activities. Most important of all, she seems happy and content. When you enter to doors at Embark Mainline you are welcomed with open-arms and true care from the receptionist’s beautiful smile and kind word, to her primary therapist and team, as well as down to earth and astute advise from the director of the program. We were all quickly working as a team for my daughter and on a first name basis. They were the village they my daughter needed. Hands down, the team at Embark far surpassed expectations and all other programs that we have tried. You will be in equity good hands as I felt my daughter was. Embark Mainline is the right choice!

Every single person that works here is fantastic! The facility is gorgeous and so warm and welcoming. I felt like my daughter was getting the best care she could get there with a staff that every day went above and beyond expectations. Her counselor has still reached out to check on my daughter and has also checked in with her school counselor.

Our son had a wonderful PHP experience at Embark at Main Line. He was there for 5 weeks. His main therapist Chante was so caring, loving and supportive. The intake with Tony was even a positive experience. Matt was wonderful too and would always "check-in" with you when he saw you. Truely a wonderful, supportive, loving and compassionate therapeutic environment for your struggling teen. Highly recommend.

I am so grateful to the entire team at Embark for helping my daughter when we didn't know where else to turn for help. I wasn't very familiar with mental health facilities before we ended up at Crozer Crisis Intake late one night in early September (after my daughter had exhausted all regular outpatient therapy treatment options and became a danger to herself). By some grace of God, Crozer didn't admit her to a state-run facility that night, but instead allowed me to take her home on the condition that we would find a facility which could provide her with intensive outpatient therapy (IOP). Suffice it to say it was a very scary and worrisome time; as a parent, I was terrified that I wouldn't be able to find the right answers I needed to best help my daughter get well. Based on a friend's recommendation (this friend also happens to be one the most highly esteemed licensed Clinical Social Workers in the Delaware Valley area) we contacted Embark and were lucky that they had a spot open for my daughter to begin IOP the very next week. From my very first phone call with Tony (intake) to the day my daughter graduated from the program at the end of December I felt like Embark was the answer to my prayers. The facility itself is state-of-the-art, and the decor and furnishings provide a calm, warm and welcoming atmosphere where patients (and family members) can feel safe and comfortable as they begin their healing. I don't have enough words to convey how wonderful the staff is at Embark. Sade (Front Desk) was always so kind and welcoming and went out of her way to make sure my daughter had her favorite snacks/drinks each week. Yun and Emily were so helpful in making sure my daughter's nutritional needs and medications were balanced properly to best aide in her recovery process. Matt (Director) was always willing to meet/chat on the phone to answer my questions and was extremely compassionate and understanding when a particular challenge arose with my daughter mid-way through her time at Embark. And most of all, the counselors at Embark, especially my daughter's main therapist, Jess, are truly exceptional. They are patient and kind, and experts at navigating all the tricky and intricate nuances involved in counseling a troubled teenager. Jess also offered so much of her time to me personally, to help me understand how I could strengthen and improve my relationship with my daughter as she discovered all the feelings she needed to "unpack" as she progressed through her mental health journey. Although my daughter still has some healing left to do (which she will now pursue with an outpatient therapist), she graduated Embark with renewed inner strength and a re-discovered sense of self esteem and courage I hadn't seen in her in well over a year. The team at Embark instilled in her so many valuable coping mechanisms and therapeutic skills which I know she will carry with her the rest of her life.
