If you care for your loved one, I strongly suggest you send them elsewhere. These folks are unfortunately understaffed, rude and unresponsive - multiple voice mails never returned. My mother went there and QUICKLY went downhill under their 'care'. When I called to discuss this and her departure, the receptionist took offense and hung up on me.

My father spent 20 days at this facility for physical rehabilitation. It was a terrible experience for him as well as myself. I cannot say one good thing about this facility.

I had such a great experience with Kaitlyn Roberts she has great customer service skills. She is always there for you even when you don’t need her , she’s makes sure the patients are doing great. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. This company is so lucky to have such a great employee who really cares about the patients. Thank you for your hard work and taking great care of me and the other patients. Kaitlyn constantly exceeding expectations and happily accepts any task or project, however difficult it may be. She deserves a raise for excellent service.

This place is horrible i waited for 4 hours just to get a cup of ice water also they made me wait over an hour and a half to get my pain meds, and get my gaping wound changed. I am really not happy
