Staff is very friendly and helpful. Place is clean and inviting. Felt very welcome. Security is a big plus for the residents. I like that measures are in place to keep them safe and healthy.

Removed one star due to the registration process -- it's a device that scans your face and requires you to register using the touchscreen. That's great for people who know how to use a touchscreen/mobile device type of interface, but for people who do not have a cellphone and aren't sure how these things work, it's terrible -- and there was no one nearby my dad could ask for help, either. I was able to do it for him this time but next time when he goes alone, he won't be able to, and will likely walk right by the registration station -- and with no one nearby, who will know?
