For patients coming to our clinics for care, we ask that you please limit the number of people who accompany you to your appointments, unless they are necessary for transportation or assistance. If for any reason you are not feeling well, please contact the office and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

This is the best physical therapy clinic hands down! The entire staff is very accommodating, warm, and friendly. Stephanie Baker and Stephanie Blair are absolutely amazing and put their patients first every single time. Highly recommend, cannot say enough great things about Envision!

The staff at envision physical therapy is wonderful. They not only helped me after a car accident with knowledgeable and compassionate therapy, but they taught me practical at home care so that I could continue my therapy for years to come. They also helped my mom after she had a major stroke. They made her feel comfortable, which isn’t always easy to do with patients that need a lot of care. They really do have a heart for their patients and genuinely want to see them succeed in recovery. I have recommended Envision to quite a few people over the years and I still stand by that today. You are not just a number … You matter to them, and will be treated with patience. If you find yourself in need of physical therapy, I highly recommend Envision.

Excellent one on one care. Rather than being one of two or three simultaneous patients your therapist stays with you the entire session. Having experienced both types of physical therapy I strongly believe the healing process and long term results are significantly improved with Envisions method. Simply stated, it is like having a personal trainer vs merely joining a gym. The staff is friendly, engaging and professional and the facility doesn't have that typical ‘institutional’ look or feel.
